Creators and press

Travel creators and journalists can take the Classic or the VIP as our guests, for up to two people, in exchange for honest coverage. Entrance tickets are not included. Apply two to four weeks before your dates.

What we offer

Two seats on the Classic or the VIP, yours and your companion's, with the vehicle, the guide and the Urubamba buffet covered. What we ask back is a truthful account of the day. The entrance tickets stay on the creator, as they do for everyone on the bus.

Related questions

Short answers to what we get asked most. If your question is different, write to us.

What exactly is covered?

Your seat and a companion's on the Classic or the VIP: the vehicle, the certified guide and the buffet in Urubamba. You pay the Tourist Ticket and, on the VIP, the Maras community ticket, like every other traveller on board.

Will you tell me what to say?

No. Report the day as you found it, in the format your audience follows. We neither preview nor edit what you publish.

My audience is small. Does that rule me out?

Not at all. A niche channel whose readers are actually planning Peru is worth more to us than a big account nobody reads.

When should I write?

Two to four weeks before you reach Cusco. Between June and August we host only a handful of creators each month, so earlier is better.

How should I label the content?

As a hosted trip, in the way your platform and your country's advertising rules require: a guest note, a #hosted or #collaboration tag, or whatever applies to you.
