What we collect and why
To run your tour we need your name, the names of the travellers in your booking, a phone number or email, your hotel in Cusco and, if relevant, your train time, dietary needs or medical information you choose to share. We use it only to confirm the booking, coordinate the pickup, buy the entrance tickets you ask us to and contact you about the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by WeTravel. Your card details go directly to WeTravel and are never seen or stored by us. WeTravel's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
WhatsApp and email
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email are kept for the time needed to provide the service and handle any claim, and are then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. We may use Google Analytics to measure visits and clicks to WhatsApp and checkout in aggregate; if we do, it is listed here with the option to opt out. Essential cookies set by WeTravel during checkout are governed by WeTravel's policy.
Sharing
We share the minimum data needed with the guide and driver of your departure, with the restaurant for the lunch count, with the ticket offices when you ask us to buy tickets, and with partner operators on peak dates. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@sacredvalleyvip.com. We reply within the period set by Peruvian data-protection law.
Photos
If you share photos of your tour with us and allow their use, we publish them with the credit you request and remove them on your request.
