Prices and payment
Prices are per person in US dollars and include what each tour page lists under "Included". Payment is made through WeTravel by card; the booking is confirmed when payment is received and the confirmation email is sent. Entrance tickets to archaeological sites and to the Maras salt mines are not included and are paid by the traveller. Published prices are valid until 2027-12-31.
Pickup
Pickup is at hotels and apartments in the historic centre of Cusco or at a meeting point in the centre agreed on WhatsApp. The exact time is sent the evening before and may vary by a few minutes. The vehicle waits a short time; travellers who miss it are not entitled to a refund, though we will help them rejoin the group when possible.
The itinerary
The sites, times and lunch of each tour are those published on its page. The order of stops may change for traffic, weather, closures or safety; if a site cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control, we offer an alternative or a partial refund proportional to the entrance saved. The group has a maximum of 17–18 travellers and one certified guide in English and Spanish; on peak dates services may be operated by licensed partner operators under our coordination.
Your responsibilities
Carry your passport and the cash for entrance tickets, follow the guide's instructions at the sites, be at the pickup point on time and inform us of medical conditions or dietary needs when booking. Travel insurance is recommended and not included.
Cancellations and changes
Governed by our cancellation policy.
Liability
We are responsible for the services we provide as described. We are not liable for losses caused by weather, strikes, road closures, actions of third parties, or for delays to trains or flights that are not part of the tour. Claims should be sent in writing within 15 days of the tour.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cusco.
