Refunds by notice given
The refund depends on how far in advance you cancel, counted from the pickup time of your tour.

Date changes
Free with reasonable notice and seats available on the new date. Ask on WhatsApp with your booking details.
Weather and force majeure
If we cancel a departure for weather, road closures or other causes beyond our control, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Groups and private tours
Bookings of four or more travellers and private tours are handled case by case; the terms are confirmed in writing when you book.
How refunds are paid
Through WeTravel, to the card you paid with. Timing depends on your bank.
How to cancel
Write to +51 994 822 637 on WhatsApp or to info@sacredvalleyvip.com with the name on the booking and the tour date. We confirm receipt and the amount in the same conversation.
