Sacred Valley VIP tour from Cusco: the 5 sites in one day
Chinchero, the Maras salt mines, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisac, in that order, with lunch in Urubamba between Moray and Ollantaytambo. This is the only one of our four routes that sees all five sites; it starts an hour earlier than the Classic (US$30) and gets back half an hour later. Same group, same guide, same lunch: VIP means the complete route, not a private service. Not sure it is the right one? Compare the four tours first.

Who this tour is not for
If you have an afternoon train from Ollantaytambo, book the VIP ending in Ollantaytambo (US$31) instead: it drops Pisac and finishes at 15:30. If a 06:20 start and 12 hours out feel like too much, the Classic leaves at 07:20, skips Maras and Moray and costs US$30.
Before you book the VIP
Short answers to what we get asked most. If your question is different, write to us.
What time do I need to be ready?
Around 06:20 in central Cusco. We message your exact pickup time on WhatsApp the evening before, and it may shift a few minutes depending on where in Cusco you are staying.
Which tickets do I pay on top of US$32?
Two. The Tourist Ticket, valid at the four Inca sites of this route, and the Maras community ticket for the salt mines, which is sold apart. Pay both in soles on the day or add them at checkout.
Is this a private or small-group tour?
No. VIP is the full five-site route. The group has up to 17–18 travellers, one certified guide working in English and Spanish, and the same buffet lunch as the Classic.
What is the lunch like?
A buffet of Andean dishes at Rustica in Urubamba, included in the price, around 12:00 for 50 minutes. 14 Inkas (+US$4), Don Ángel (+US$15) and Tunupa (+US$20) are optional upgrades you choose when booking.
What is the highest point?
Chinchero, at 3,762 m, first thing in the morning. After that the day runs below Cusco's 3,350 m: Maras 3,385 m, Moray 3,500 m, Ollantaytambo 2,790 m, Pisac between 2,972 m and 3,300 m.
Can I end in Ollantaytambo instead?
Yes. The same route without Pisac finishes in Ollantaytambo at 15:30 for US$31, a few minutes from the train station.
What is the cancellation policy?
70% refund with 30 days' notice or more; 50% under 72 hours; 30% under 48 hours; no refund under 24 hours or for no-shows. Refunds are processed by WeTravel to the original payment method.
